So there is a new Alone In the dark coming out.

Gotta say that's a surprise, considering the series has pretty much been forgotten at this point.
If you don't know what alone in the dark was, it's widely considered to be the first 3d survival horror game. It has shown it's age, but it's worth playing for historical sake, I didn't play the sequels except for 2 which are new nightmare and the 2008 game.

New nightmare is very good, but It's been a while since I played it, the 2008 game is god damn awful which projared pretty much accurately described.

So now the new one is illumination, which is a 4 player co-op action game....You know I'll take it. 
Granted the title is very oxymoronic, but the concept is interesting. It seems like it could be a nice spin off for the series, I would say they should make another sequel, but reallly do you want something to follow up on the 2008 game?
My only issue so far is that we haven't seen any gameplay footage, only a few screen shots.
Apparently it's also going to be released in november this year, which sounds like it's going to be a 15$ xbla game.

So I do think the game can be decent judging from what I have heard.
